You can create a flow diagram like this in Pages by adding automatic’Connection Lines’ between shapes.
  1. Create some shapes in Apple Pages.
  2. Go to ‘Arrange’ and make sure ‘Stay on Page’ is selected. (Not ‘Move with Text’).
  3. Select the shapes you want to join. (Command-click to select more than one shape).
  4. From the ‘Insert’ Menu choose ‘Insert Connection Line’ and it will join the shapes with a line.
  5. Move the shapes around and the line will move with them!
Make sure that ‘Stay on Page’ is selected or the lines will not join to the boxes.
When 2 shapes are selected you can use a ‘Connection Line’ to join them.
